Marilyn K. Clark, MA, is Vice President of CommuniSkills and develops and teaches classes for business clients such as Procter & Gamble and non-profit organizations such as The Girl Scouts. Her work has been published in several newspapers, magazines and journals. As a free-lance editor, she has edited numerous books, articles and scripts. In addition, she is an adjunct faculty member of the English department at Xavier University and has also taught in Xavier’s MBA program.

Thomas Clark, PhD, is President of CommuniSkills and Professor of Management at Xavier University as well as the former Director of Xavier’s Entrepreneurship program. He has been a writing and oral communication consultant for a wide variety of businesses including Procter & Gamble, General Electric Power Systems, Nestle, and Jefferson Wells, as well as a variety of non-profit organizations including Shriner’s Burn Institute, The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and the Ohio Rehabilitation Association. He has published three books on business communication and one on career strategies. In addition, he has authored over fifty papers in professional journals. The US Small Business Administration has given him three awards for teaching excellence.

Otis Williams, MEd, CSP, is a CommuniSkills’public speaking facilitator. In 1993 he won the Toastmaster’s International Public Speaking Contest, from among 10,000 speakers who vied for the award. Otis has received the National Speakers Association’s highest earned distinction—Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), given to only 350 professionals nationwide. He is a popular motivational speaker and writer who has addressed a variety of organizations. Otis is also the author of two books, and has published several articles on a wide array of motivational topics.
Richard Zaunbrecher, BSChE, MBA, director of Communiskills’ Boston office, has a diverse background that allows him to understand and give constructive feedback on a broad range of business communication issues. He first learned sound business communication principles at Procter & Gamble, “the business communication capital of the world.” He has worked with CommuniSkills for 15 years and has taught both oral and written communication skills to a variety of businesses including P&G dos Brazil, Credit Suisse First Boston, Coca-Cola, Citibank, Viacom, Clorox, KPMG, General Electric Power Systems, Union Central Insurance, Clarica, Allstate, and Prudential Insurance.

Julie Stewart, MA, teaches Communications classes at Xavier University. She previously worked as a district executive for the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, she is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Cincinnati.

Jeffrey Stewart, MBA, is CommuniSkills’ technology and web consultant and is currently finishing his MBA in Management Information Systems at Xavier University while pursuing his PhD in Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati. Jeffrey has experience in the non-profit sector at providing custom technology and web solutions. Brian Clark, MBA,works as a videographer and facilitator for CommuniSkills and also is the company’s bookkeeper. Clark earned an MBA from Xavier University in 2009 and is currently a PhD student in Finance at the University of Cincinnati..
